Your body will no longer accumulate stress for future suffering.
Body Language
Body language includes all of the gestures, postures and expressions that you can think of, and it is also much more than that. Our projected body language also includes messages from our breathing rhythm, locations of inflammation, any muscle tightness, and even the lines on our face, among other indicators.
Internally, body language includes what we receive from our senses and how our body reacts to them. It also includes sensations of lightness versus feeling heavy, zings of chi or life energy through our nervous system, our inner voices, our senses of connection, empathy and love, and really any sensation arising from within or without, is internal body language.
The correlation between internal and external body language, is that our body never lies: what we project is what we are feeling, and thinking, inside. Emotions are a part of body language. The sensations and rhythms associated with emotions create effects, and these are both felt (internal) and expressed (external). Even if we try to mask our current emotion, its rhythm expresses itself in ways that will still project to those around us.Your Body Never Lies
Training at The YBNL College relies on the simple fact that we feel what we are feeling. If we feel sad, it is because we are sad. If we feel love, it is because we are loving. On a basic level, it truly is that simple. What becomes amazing are the subtle body language indicators we can pick on when our understanding of our own internal body language becomes more nuanced and detailed.
In the first classes at The Your Body Never Lies College, students learn exercises that increase awareness of their body language. After first quieting the chatterbox (if needed) and then shifting the source of doubts (if any), First Semester students can quickly:
- Increase Awareness — Learn to feel & trust sensations about the environment.
- Increase Connections — learn to feel & trust truly meaningful connections.
- Increase Intuition — learn to feel & trust the difference between intuition and wishful thinking.
- Increase Communication Skills — learn to use body sensations to impact projected body language.
Adjustments
Body language adjustments, sometimes called wing releases, train our body (or subconscious) to recognize the difference between events happening in real time versus memories of events in our history. By feeling the release of stored charges, our body learns that stored memories aren't real anymore. This makes future releases easier, and also teaches our body to not hold onto new charges. The end result of Table Training (facilitated adjustments) is a body that no longer accumulates stress for future suffering.
Table Training requires seven to ten sessions over one to two years to get the end result. The gaps between training sessions are to allow for integration and grounding. To achieve the result sooner, daily practice of the Playshop's cascade exercise will retrain the body in six months to a year. For fastest results, Playshop participants can augment their practice with 2-3 training sessions to achieve the end result in ~six months.
This body-centered training is available to members of The YBNL College, with scheduling priority given to Playshop students. At public events, non-members may volunteer for demontrations to experience the power of body language adjustments.
